Office Hours:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Appointments:

Our patients are seen by appointment only, thus allowing more convenience to the patient and the opportunity for better care. Call our office at (865) 691-0733 to schedule an appointment or use the AthenaHealth patient portal by clicking here.

Billing and Insurance:

All billing is handled through Summit Medical Group's Central Business Office. For questions regarding billing and insurance, please call (865) 212-3618.

Emergencies:

There is always a physician on call to handle emergencies. During normal office hours, please call the office, identify yourself and you will be directed to our receptionist and we will respond immediately. For emergencies after office hours or on weekends, calls are routed to our answering services, who in turn relay messages with the physician on call. Prescription refills will not be refilled by on-call physicians.

Walk-In Labs and Shot Hours
Monday through Friday:
8:15AM to 12:00PM
1:30PM to 4:00PM

Prescriptions:

It is not our policy to prescribe new medications over the phone. If you need a prescription refill, please call the office at (865) 691-0733 during regular office hours oruse the AthenaHealth patient portal by clicking here.
