Dr. Russell is a native of Middlesboro, Kentucky. She received her Undergraduate Degree in Chemistry from Lincoln Memorial University and her Medical Degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. She completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Kentucky, and then completed a chief resident year at UK. She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and has been in practice at Summit Concord Medical Center since 2008. Dr. Russell and her family live in Knoxville, TN.
